Laurie A. Primus attended law school at the University of Miami where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1992. Ms. Primus passed The State Bar of California in 1992 and began her practice of law representing clients in personal injury claims. In 1997, she began defending and litigating personal injury, wrongful death and workers’ compensation claims on behalf of insurance companies, manufacturers and business owners. In 2004, Ms. Primus passed The Florida Bar and relocated to South Florida. She began working with the law firm of SELLARS, MARION & BACHI, P.A., in 2007. She handles a variety of insurance litigation matters, including trial work. Her thorough and aggressive investigation and file handling has resulted in a multitude of favorable settlements and outcomes at trial. During her over 25 years of practice, Ms. Primus has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. Currently, her practice is largely insurance defense. Ms. Primus enjoys volunteering time as a Cub Scout Den leader, providing leadership and mentoring to young scouts, as well as maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. Ms. Primus is admitted in all of Florida’s state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
